Dear Website Visitor, In 2012, I published my book titled EXPRESSERCIZE: Write Answers - a 278-page creative writing workbook with more than 100 exercises in expression and self-discovery, which was the direct result of my many years of teaching about creativity and writing to varied populations. Also a result of shifting my energies to completing the book, has been the tapering off of my performing as a singer/songwriter. Although the music is still part of my life, my focus is on sharing the book with the populations it can help most. I'm also working toward publishing a book of poetry in the near future.
